Church Coordinators responsible for filling all of the supervision and meal assignments for the Guest's stay may request a customized tri-fold recruiting flyer. The flyer provides information about the program, Night Supervision, Meals and Fellowship, Weekend Supervision, and other ways to help. It also explains how volunteers can sign up on-line via the SHIP Web-site. To request this flyer, simply click on the "request" link, and send an e-mail with the following information:
Name of Church, Key contact(s), contact phone numbers, and start and end date of the guest's stay. Allow two weeks for processing. We will send you a "camera ready" master for you to take to your local printer, or to your church office for printing. Or, we can send you an e-mail attachment" for you to use your home printer if you prefer. You will need Word software for this option.
