Taking care of the SHIP House is a joint responsibility shared between SHIP and Our Redeemer Lutheran Church. The church owns the property and has generously allowed SHIP to use the House whenever the normal church rotation has gaps. Our Redeemer is responsible for capital improvements, and SHIP is responsible for ongoing maintenance. With our limited budget it is difficult to keep up with some of the House maintenance issues. If you would like to earmark a donation for one or more of the following items or actually donate a new replacement, we would be most appreciative. We will keep this wish list current as future needs come up.
